Shipping policy

Most of our products are customized and shipped with 2-3 business days from our shop in Macon, GA.  Other specialty items, such as laser gifts, are generally created and shipped within 6-8 business days.

Please note that UPS is our PREFERRED shipper. We are no longer able to rely on USPS to deliver our products to the correct address and/or on time.

If you are unable to receive packages via UPS, please contact us prior to purchase.
